I've never eaten a ramp - but you make them look quite tasty with all the bacon and stuff.
Pick some up next year if you get a chance to be east of US Rt 19 or down on Rt 60 past Charleston from early March to late April.

I shouldn't be looking at this right before breakfast. :)
I don't think that you could find this at a restaurant. The national joints wouldn't know what the hell a "ramp" is and the local places would throw you out as soon as the word "bagelwich" left your mouth.
